Q: Does the 30% rule refer to a maximum percentage, or a minimum? Is this right across the board, or is it affected by having had previous state aid in pervious years? |
A: For these projects, we require a cash contribution of 30% of the cost of the training. This is based on the Training Exemption (we will not be employing de minimis rules). |

Q: Can payment be in kind, or does it have to be in cash? |
A: The contribution must be in cash, evidenced by a provider invoice to the SME. |
