Some Guidelines on submission of your tender:

g  Label - you MUST use the correct label provided by SEEDA on the website.

g  Envelope - you must not use a company franking machine, or envelopes with logos / other identifying marks, as this is a sealed tendering process. Envelopes must be stamped and posted or hand delivered so they remain anonymous. PLEASE USE SUFFICIENT STAMPS FOR THE WEIGHT OF YOUR TENDER.

g  Deadline - the tendering deadline is Friday 19th March 2010. ALL tenders must be received before the relevant deadline. Tenders arriving at the SEEDA after this deadline WILL NOT be considered. Proof of postage / circumstances on the day will not be accepted for late tenders.

g  Form of Offer - a completed Form of Offer MUST be submitted with each tender submission, stating the value of the tender. The value stated on the Form of Offer will be noted and discrepancies will invalidate the tender, so please check to ensure the full breakdown of the budget and the total matches the value given in the Form of Offer. The relevant Annex relating to Quality of Provision must also accompany the tender
