Lydia had previously undertaken learning with Springfield Education and Training, having already completed her Level 2 Child Care Learning & Development qualification under their guidance. She decided to progress onto her Level 3, which she completed with great success, working well with the programme, as her previous relationship with them had increased her confidence and learning abilities. She had no barriers and was dedicated to all work set for her.

As well as achieving her level 3 Child Care Learning & Development qualification, Lydia also attended a Child Theory Workshop, Legislation Workshop and Child Behaviour Workshop with Springfield Education and Training. This has given her the opportunity to up skill and gain a more responsible position within the Nursery at which she works.

Lydia is now eager to proceed on her level 4, which would enable her to become a Manager of her own Nursery.
