The Learning and Skills Council (LSC), Department of Work and Pensions/Jobcentre Plus and the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) are working together to develop their co-financing remit within the new programme.

The Learning and Skills Council will co-finance activity in both Priorities 1 and 2.
